To get started with your Health Smartwatch 4:
1. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone.
2. Install the VeryFit App and tap "Start to Use."
3. Allow Permissions:
Enable location and Bluetooth permissions when prompted.
4. Pair Your Watch:
5. Select "HEALTH4" from the device list and tap "Set."
6. Allow App Permissions for features like sensors, calls, and contacts, then tap "Done."
7. Account Setup:
Enter your country, personal info, email, and password.
Verify your email with the code sent to you.
8. Profile Setup:
Set an avatar and nickname.
Optional: Log in to Alexa or skip.
Enable Notifications and start using your watch.
The smartwatch uses GPS from your smartphone through Bluetooth but does not have its internal GPS.
To play the music saved on your watch, follow the steps below:
1. Press the crown button on your watch
2. Choose Music
3. Tap on the three dots located on the lower right of your watch screen
4. Choose Mobile music/Watch Music
To add music to your watch, follow the steps below:
1. Open the VeryFit App
2. Tap on the Device tab
3. Tap on Music
4. Under My Playlist, tap on Create New Playlist
5. Tap on Add Music
To add contacts to your favorite list, follow the steps below:
1. Open the VeryFit App
2. Go to the Device tab
3. Tap on Calls
4. Tap on Frequent contacts

To opt into Always on Display (AOD), follow the steps below:
1. Press the Crown on the side of the watch
2. Swipe down

To enable/disable the continuous heart rate monitoring, follow the steps below:
1. Open the VeryFit App
2. Tap on Heart Rate

4. Enable Continous Heart Rate Measurement
To enable the "Find My Phone" feature, follow the steps below:
1. Open the VeryFit App
2. Tap on the Device tab
3. Tap on More settings
4. Tap on the slide to enable/disable the Find My Phone feature
To enable the Heart Rate Reminder, follow the steps below:
1. Open the VeryFit App
2. Tap on Heart Rate
3. Tap on Settings (Gear icon on the upper left of your screen)
4. Turn on/off High and Low Heart Rate Alert
Using your watch:
1. Press the crown on the side of the watch (you may need to press it twice to access the menu).
2. Use the crown to scroll or swipe on the watch screen to find the "Find Phone" icon.
3. Select the "Find Phone" icon to initiate a signal to your paired phone, helping you locate it.
Using the app:
1. Open the VeryFit App
2. Tap on the Device tab
3. Tap on Search Device
To modify the screen-on time, follow the steps below:
1. Press the crown on the side of the watch.
2. Swipe down
3. Tap on Settings(Gear Icon)
4. Tap on Brightness and Display
5. Tap on Screen-on time
6. Adjust the screen-on time to your preferred duration.
To display the weather on your watch face, ensure that the Weather Push Notification is enabled:
1. Open the VeryFit app
2. Tap on the Device tab
3. Tap on More Settings
4. Tap on Weather Push
5. Tap on the slide to enable Weather Push
Please make sure your location is set to Always Allow, so the weather information gets updated on a regular basis.
The VeryFit app needs to be running in the background to update your watch with the latest weather information. If the weather does not update, please make sure to launch it, and pull to refresh to sync it.
To adjust the brightness, follow the steps below:
1. Press the crown on the side of the watch.
2. Swipe down
3. Tap on Settings(Gear Icon)
4. Tap on Brightness and Display
5. Choose your desired brightness
To change the metric system on the watch, follow the steps below:
1. Open the VeryFit app.
2. Select "My" (beside Device).
3. Tap "Unit Setup."
4. Tap "Distance/Temp, etc."
5. Choose between KM and MI, and vice versa.
To change the Time Format, follow the steps below:
1. Open the VeryFit app
2. Go to “My” (beside Device)
3. Tap on Preferences
4. Go to Time Format
5. Choose from a 12-hour format or 24-hour format
To change the watch face, follow the steps below:
1. Open the VeryFit app
2. Go to “Device”
3. Go to “Watch face market”
4. Tap on “more”

2. Look for the alarm icon, and use the crown to toggle between the choices.
To turn off/reset/restart the Health Smartwatch 4, follow the steps below:
1. Press the crown on the side of the watch.
2. Swipe down from the top of the screen.
3. Tap on Settings(Gear Icon)
4. Tap on System
5. Choose Restart/Turn Off/Reset
To restart your device from the App, follow the steps below:
1. Open the VerFit App
2. Tap on "Device" tab
3. Tap on the watch icon located on top of your screen
4. Tap on "Restart Device"
To turn on notifications for SMS and other applications, follow the steps below:
1. Open the VeryFit app Go to “Device”
2. Tap Notifications
3. You can choose the type of app notifications you can allow
To turn on the “Do not disturb” feature, follow the steps below:
1. Open the VeryFit app
2. Go to “Device”
3. Tap on More Settings
4. Tap on Do Not Disturb mode to enable
First, make sure your call alerts are turned on. To do so, launch the VeryFit app, go to Device. Call Alert should be turned on.
To Receive a Call:
When a call comes in, press the green phone icon on your smartwatch to answer.
To Make a Call:
1. On the default watch face, press the call button. If you use a different watch face, Press on the crown and select Phone.
2. Tap on "Favorites" to call a listed contact.
3. Tap on "Keypad" to manually dial a number.
To add a Favorite, launch the VeryFit app and go to Device. Select Calls Enabled, then Frequent contacts. Here, you can add several favorites.
To attach your bands:
1. Locate the watch pin with the small ball sticking out.
2. Move the ball down to compress the spring inside the pin.
3. Insert the bottom end of the pin into the bottom hole of the smartwatch.
4. While keeping the ball pressed, lower the top end of the pin into the top hole.
Release the ball to let the pin lock into place.
5. Ensure the band is securely attached by gently tugging on it.
To clean your Health Smartwatch 4:
1. Turn off your watch.
2. Detach the bands for easier cleaning.
3. Use a damp, soft cloth to gently clean the watch body and screen.
4. Use a soft brush or cotton swab for hard-to-reach areas.
The watch will automatically track your sleep.
To access your sleep data:
1. Press the crown on the side of the watch (you may need to press it twice to access the menu).
2. Use the crown to scroll or swipe on the watch screen to locate the sleep icon.
3. Select the sleep icon.
4. Swipe up to view your sleep details.
To access your sleep data on the app:
1. Open the VeryFit app
2. On the Home page, tap on "Sleep"
To measure your blood oxygen level:
1. Press the crown on the side of the watch (you may need to press it twice to access the menu).
2. Use the crown to scroll or swipe on the watch screen to locate the sleep icon.
3. Select the sp02 icon to begin the blood oxygen level measurement.
4. Keep your arm and wrist still during the measurement.
5. Wait until the measurement is complete and the result is displayed on the screen.
To measure your stress level:
1. Press the crown on the side of the watch (you may need to press it twice to access the menu).
2. Use the crown to scroll or swipe on the watch screen to locate the stress icon.
3. Select the stress icon to begin the measurement.
4. Keep your arm and wrist still during the measurement.
5. Wait until the measurement is complete and the result is displayed on the screen.
To check your activity data:
1. Press the crown on the side of the watch (press twice if needed).
2. Scroll or swipe on the watch screen to find the icon.
3. Select the Activity Data icon to check details such as daily activity, steps, calories, workout duration, walking duration, distance, recovery time, maximal oxygen uptake, and goal changes. Swipe up or use the crown to view more details.
To use the flashlight:
1. Turn on the watch by pressing the crown button.
2. Swipe down on the watch screen.
3. Tap the flashlight icon to activate the flashlight.
To charge your Health Smartwatch 4?
1. Connect the magnetic charger to a USB power source (such as a wall adapter, computer, or power bank).
2. Hold the magnetic charger close to the back of the smartwatch. You will feel the magnets pull the charger into the correct position.
3. Allow the magnets to securely attach the charger to the back of the smartwatch. Ensure it is properly aligned and making full contact.
4. Once the charger is connected, the watch screen should display a charging indicator. If it doesn’t, adjust the charger to ensure proper contact.
5. Leave the watch to charge until it reaches the desired battery level. A full charge typically takes 1 hour.
To turn on Power Saving Mode:
1. Turn on the watch by pressing the crown button.
2. Swipe down on the watch screen.
3. Tap the battery icon to enable power saving mode.
To Use Alexa on Your Health Smartwatch 4:
1. Press the crown button on your watch to access options or apps.
2. Tap on Alexa and start giving voice commands, such as "set the timer for XX minutes" or other supported Alexa commands.
To use run courses on your Health Smartwatch 4:
1. Press the crown on the side of the watch (press twice if needed to access the menu).
2. Scroll or swipe on the watch screen to locate the running courses icon.
3. Select the running courses icon and choose your desired level.
To Set Up Menstrual Tracking on the VeryFit App:
1. Open the VeryFit App.
2. Tap on the Device tab.
3. Tap on Health Tracking.
4. Tap on Menstrual Cycle.
5. Input the number of days for your menstrual duration, cycle length, and the starting time of your last menstruation.
6. Tap "Start to Use".
7. Choose to enable the period reminder
8. Tap "Save".
To Access Cycle Tracking on Your Health Smartwatch 4:
1. Press the crown on the side of the watch (you may need to press it twice to access the menu).
2. Scroll or swipe on the watch screen using the crown to locate the cycle tracking icon.
To measure ambient sound Level on your Health Smartwatch 4, ensure that the Ambient Sound Level is Enabled:
1. Open the VeryFit App.
2. Tap on "Device".
3. Tap on "Health Tracking".
4. Enable Ambient Sound Level and tap "Save".
To Measure Ambient Sound Level:
1. Press the crown on the side of the watch (you may need to press it twice to access the menu).
2. Scroll or swipe on the watch screen to locate the ambient sound level icon.
3. Select the Ambient Sound Level icon to begin the measurement.
4. Wait until the measurement is complete and the result is displayed on the screen.
To set up water drinking reminders on your Health Smartwatch 4:
1. Open the VeryFit App.
2. Tap on the Device tab.
3. Tap on Health Tracking.
4. Enable Drinking Reminder.
5. Set Up Reminder Details:
6. Choose the starting and ending time for the reminder period.
7. Set the starting and ending time for the "Do Not Disturb" period.
8. Set the reminder interval and the days for the repeat cycle.
9. Tap "Save".
To set a timer on your Health Smartwatch 4:
1. Press the crown on the side of the watch (press twice if needed to access the menu).
2. Scroll or swipe on the watch screen to locate the timer icon.
3. Choose from preset options or tap the "+" icon to customize the timer.
To track swimming activity on your Health Smartwatch 4:
1. Press the crown on the side of the watch (press twice if needed to access the menu).
2. Scroll or swipe on the watch screen to locate the exercise icon.
3. Select the swimming activity and choose the pool length.
4. Tap "GO" to start tracking your swimming activity.
5. To end the activity, long-press the crown button. Your swimming data will be displayed on the screen after the activity.
To track your steps on your Health Smartwatch 4:
Enable Intelligent Exercise Recognition:
Open the VeryFit app.
Tap on Device.
Tap on More Settings.
Enable Intelligent Exercise Recognition and toggle on Walking.
Tap Save.
View Your Steps:
On the App: Check the home screen for your step count.
On the Watch: Find the activity data icon and scroll up to view your steps.
To track your activity data:
1. Press the crown on the side of the watch (you may need to press it twice to access the menu).
2. Use the crown to scroll or swipe on the watch screen to locate the exercise icon
3. Choose an exercise/activity. From this menu, you can also add or delete sports/activities.
To connect your new Health Smartwatch 3 to your phone, follow these steps:
1. Download the VeryFit app from the Google Play Store for Android or the App Store for iPhone
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
3. Open the VeryFit app.
4. Go to “Device.”
5. Tap “Add a new device.”
6. Tap “Select Device.”
7. Wait for the Health Smartwatch 3 to be discovered (e.g., HEALTH3).
8. Connect to the Health Smartwatch 3.
9. Accept the pairing request by choosing “Pair.”
To adjust your screen brightness on the Health Smartwatch 3, follow these steps:
Adjust brightness directly on the watch:
1. Turn on the Health Smartwatch 3.
From the home screen, press the power button.
