How To Track Your Order

Need tracking information for your order? No problem, just follow these instructions: 

• Locate your tracking number. Shortly after you placed your order, you will receive a shipping notification email containing your tracking number. It will look like this: LY771842887XX. 

• Your shipping address is in the United States. Track your package directly using DHL. Note: it may take a few days for your tracking number to show. 

• Your shipping address is not in the United States. Click on the link provided in your shipping notification email. 

If you did not receive any order confirmation email nor shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
